Meliscout Count Secure – Tablet & Capsule Inspection for Bottle Filling Machines

The Meliscount tablet inspecting system inspects each tablet prior to entering the counting head. A high resolution camera inspection takes place – without the use of strobe lights –  which a tablet with any product defects is rejected using a unique ejection system which positions itself close to the rejected tablet. Each conveyor track has its own suction mechanism (trunk) which removed the defective tablet, by a vacuum, away from the process. The total output of the tablet counter is maintained due to this unique design.
