Overview

The filling needle is moved automatically until all vials in the tray are filled. Our automatic tray filler is easy to program for different tray configurations, the diving needle eliminates splashes on the outside of the containers, and the whole system is simple to set up. It is also designed to work with our peristaltic pump.

 

Benefits

Quick and efficient filling, up to 36ml per second, with exceptional filling accuracy of +/-0.5% to reduce costly product waste. The automatic tray filler offers a compact space-efficient footprint and infallible hygiene levels; the liquid only comes into contact with a length of silicone tubing, which will withstand repeated sterilization. Some customers place the automatic tray filler into a glove box or laminar flow box, to ensure a higher level of the hygienic filling.
