Overview

PPS Standard Counters can be used in a variety of packaging operations where packing by count instead of weight reduces product giveaway and ensures quantities claimed on the label are always met. These counters are designed to handle delicate products and do so at impressive speeds.

While the system’s counting technologies are based on our proven infrared sensors system, the actual product feed systems can vary according to the product to be handled and range from single feeder bowls to 48 track high speed systems. The design of the sorting trays allows even flat products to be separated.

  • The machine is height adjustable and the correct height setting can be recalled from memory together with all other set-up parameters. For safety reasons, the height adjustment is controlled manually by the operator from the control panel.
