Our AbleBlock™ is your versatile Monoblock filling, plugging, and capping solution. Designed for quick changeovers and minimal downtime, this inline linear Monoblock offers efficient production for short and long runs. Our automatic filling system suits a wide range of applications, including liquids, powders, and solids. Whether for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, or general use, experience precision and reliability with AbleBlock™.

Benefits

Customizable Monoblock Filler for automatic filling, plugging, and capping of diagnostic products, creams, liquids, gels, oils, pastes, powders, granules, and nail polish. Models available to double speed outputs, for smaller Monoblocks that only cap and fill, and/or with labeler extension.

  • Labeler with vision inspection available as an option.
  • PC-based control system with Windows Operating System and soft-PLC.
  • Can handle plugs, stoppers, crimp caps, screw caps, press-on caps on the same machine.
  • Auto sort, feed, fill, plug, droppers, spray caps, pick and place screw capping.
  • Peristaltic or seal-less ceramic filling (316 SS).
  • Outfeed collection shelf with the possibility of tray loading or connection to labeler conveyor.
  • User-friendly HMI touch screen control, 10” standard, and factory 4.0 ready
  • Fully guarded and interlocked for operator protection.
  • Available as stand alone machine or part of a complete automatic filling line.
  • Easy to clean with toolless changeover.
  • Able to be configured to meet specific requirements.

Depending on your required production, there are 3 AbleBlock platforms.
