Overview

Also known as bag and sachet makers, these high-performance machines are designed to make, fill, and seal a various selection of pouches in one automatic process. The OMAG CO uses intermittent motion to package solid, powdery, granular, liquid, and pasty products in heat-sealed bags on 3 sides or on 4 sides, including in doy-packs and stand-up versions. These machines can also be built to include multiple dosing stations to increase production or customization with options to apply spouts and tear notches to the bags or sachets.

Benefits

This machine specializes in filling a variety of different products and bag formats on 1 or 2 packaging lanes. Applications include cap and zip, re-closable zip, with or without gusset for stand-up pouches, “V” tear-notch, variable data coding, and inert CO2 gas injection for product preservation.

While the system’s counting technologies are based on our proven infrared sensors system, the actual product feed systems can vary according to the product to be handled and range from single feeder bowls to 48 track high speed systems. The design of the sorting trays allows even flat products to be separated.
