Hygienic Stainless Steel Tablet Counting Tray

A simple yet accurate method of counting round tablets. Manufactured from 304-grade stainless steel, these units allow the user to easily see the number of round tablets in each batch, and to quickly pour them into a container.

Automatic Tray Filler

The filling needle is moved automatically until all vials in the tray are filled. Our automatic tray filler is easy to program for different tray configurations, the diving needle eliminates splashes on the outside of the containers, and the whole system is simple to set up. It is also designed to work with our peristaltic pump.

Bottle / Vial / Syringe / Test Tube Washer

Quick, efficient & thorough, our tube washers can handle up to 15 containers per minute. The Adelphi Bottle Washer is designed for rinsing the interior of bottles with neck diameters between 9.5 mm and 100 mm. With the addition of optional nozzles, it can be used equally as effectively as a vial washer, syringe washer, or test tube washer.

Tablet Counter with Vision System SC180

The SC180 Pharmaceutical Counter is a high-speed pill counter for tablets, caplets, soft gels, and capsules. This 18-track counter can accurately handle all pill types including translucent and opaque products. Designed for ultimate product control, you can change recipes on the fly and easily teach the machine to learn to count a variety of differently sized products. Our 18-track counter is actually a triple 6 track. The advantage of this design is that each set of 6 tracks can fill an individual bottle, resulting in significantly faster output speeds. Counters are available in various configurations including 12-track, 18-track, 24-track, and 36-track. All counters offer toolless changeover for efficiency and ease.
