TGM vertical cartoning machines are designed for manual or automatic loading of various types of cartons. The Box80V is a highly versatile vertical cartoner that can handle different products with several components thanks to manual loading of the product in the carton, and the Box90V is a highly versatile continuous motion vertical cartoner with fully automatic product loading and numerous accessories. Our vertical cartoners’ range of manual to automatic operation, high throughput, and versatility in handling different product types and packaging materials make them valuable assets for companies looking to optimize their packaging processes.

Seed Counters

PPS Standard Counters can be used in a variety of packaging operations where packing by count instead of weight reduces product giveaway and ensures quantities claimed on the label are always met. These counters are designed to handle delicate products and do so at impressive speeds.

While the system’s counting technologies are based on our proven infrared sensors system, the actual product feed systems can vary according to the product to be handled and range from single feeder bowls to 48 track high speed systems. The design of the sorting trays allows even flat products to be separated.

Automatic Tray Filler

The filling needle is moved automatically until all vials in the tray are filled. The PPS VitaCount is an affordable and automated solution designed for tablets, soft gels, caplets, capsules, and pills. This counter combines our proven product feed technology with electronic controls and infrared count heads as used on our larger counters. The VitaCount has been optimized for applications where large products make up the vast majority of the production.
