OMAG CO Horizontal Pouch Packaging

Also known as bag and sachet makers, these high-performance machines are designed to make, fill, and seal a various selection of pouches in one automatic process. The OMAG CO uses intermittent motion to package solid, powdery, granular, liquid, and pasty products in heat-sealed bags on 3 sides or on 4 sides, including in doy-packs and stand-up versions. These machines can also be built to include multiple dosing stations to increase production or customization with options to apply spouts and tear notches to the bags or sachets.

Storage Mixing Containers

Durable, easy to sterilize, re-useable, 304 or 316L pharmaceutical grade stainless steel storage, mixing, and transportation vessels. The exceptional average surface finish of 0.4 micrometers Ra leaves nowhere for bacteria to be stored and allows the most possible cleaning in the cleaning processes. 20 – 240L containers are available as standard (other sizes available upon request), and vessels can be supplied either plain or graduated (graduations are from 5L to 20L, in 5L intervals). The design is complete with side-carrying handles and a skirt band. Full Material Traceability to meet international pharma and food quality compliance regulations.

Bottle / Vial / Syringe / Test Tube Washer

Quick, efficient & thorough, our tube washers can handle up to 15 containers per minute. The Adelphi Bottle Washer is designed for rinsing the interior of bottles with neck diameters between 9.5 mm and 100 mm. With the addition of optional nozzles, it can be used equally as effectively as a vial washer, syringe washer, or test tube washer.

Rotary Capping Machine

Rotary chuck type cappers virtually eliminate missing caps and cross-threaded caps. Improve and maintain cap application torque throughout production without adjustments. PallayPack cappers are compact and require less change parts since one set can be used for a range of bottles and caps.

Changeover is fast and when finished requires no further adjustment to dial in the torque. Rotary cappers are recommended when production speed is over 60 bottles per minute and for longer production runs.
