The PallayCap Capper is an automatic capping machine that combines innovative design with unparalleled performance. The PallayCap I, II, and III models offer chuck capping, pick and place cap transfer, and a unique inline indexing system. Ideal for a diverse range of containers and closures, this capper operates at speeds ranging from 10 to 80 containers per minute, ensuring precision and efficiency in your packaging process.
Rotary chuck type cappers virtually eliminate missing caps and cross-threaded caps. Improve and maintain cap application torque throughout production without adjustments. PallayPack cappers are compact and require less change parts since one set can be used for a range of bottles and caps.
Changeover is fast and when finished requires no further adjustment to dial in the torque. Rotary cappers are recommended when production speed is over 60 bottles per minute and for longer production runs.
The ROTA Ampoule Filler, including the R941, R960, R980, and R921 models, is an advanced machine designed for the sterile filling and closing of ampoules in pharmaceutical settings. The exceptional average surface finish of 0.4 micrometers Ra can be cleaned with alcohol-based disinfectants and in industrial dishwashers/autoclaves.
