PallayCap Capper

Overview

The PallayCap Capper is an automatic capping machine that combines innovative design with unparalleled performance. The PallayCap I, II, and III models offer chuck capping, pick and place cap transfer, and a unique inline indexing system. Ideal for a diverse range of containers and closures, this capper operates at speeds ranging from 10 to 80 containers per minute, ensuring precision and efficiency in your packaging process.

Benefits

The PallayCap Capper is specifically designed to address the challenges of precise capping in the 0-80 bottles per minute range. It eliminates issues such as loose or cross-threaded caps, making it suitable for containers with unique shapes, soft materials, or challenging cap application methods.

Features

  • Choose from PallayCap I, II, or III models, each equipped with one, two, or three capping heads, respectively. The three-finger grip chucks, pneumatically actuated, ensure secure capping with tolerance for slight cap variations.
  • Achieve capping speeds of 30, 50, or 70 bottles per minute, with a 20% reduction on liquid products to mitigate splashing risks (subject to testing).
  • Utilize an inline indexing system with walking rake change parts, ensuring bottles are efficiently picked up from the filler conveyor, capped, and deposited on the downstream conveyor without the need for a separate conveyor.
  • Benefit from a reliable cap transfer system, where caps are picked from an inline feed chute by a transfer arm capable of handling 1, 2, or 3 caps at a time, eliminating cross-threaded caps.
  • Choose between a magnetic clutch or the optional servo cap torquing for precise torque control.
  • Select from cap sorting elevator, rotary sorter, or vibratory feeder bowl for efficient cap feeding based on your specific requirements.
  • Experience seamless operation with PC-based controls featuring a color HMI (Human-Machine Interface), networkability, and readiness for the factory of the future.
