Labelling Systems

The L’AbleBlock connects directly to the AbleBlock to automate labelling for both stable and unstable bottles, with transfer options that allow operation within the same room or across clean room barriers. Running at speeds of 110+ ft/min, advanced servo technology enables wrap, face, and multi-panel labelling, inline date or lot code printing, and print inspection for skew and missing-label detection.

For less stable containers, the system incorporates a starwheel indexing mechanism that spins each bottle between a powered roller and bearings, ensuring labels are applied accurately and consistently to the container body.
