The CleanSort 50 automatically sorts, inverts, cleans, and transfers glass or plastic bottles at speeds of up to 50 bottles per minute. Each bottle is rotated neck-down and cleaned using a filtered, deionized air blast with integrated vacuum extraction to remove dust, glass chips, and other debris before filling. Its compact, standalone design features intuitive touchscreen controls, stainless steel construction, and flexible feeding options, including a bulk bottle elevator for plastic bottles or a turntable for glass.
For higher-throughput applications, the CleanSort 120 option provides the same automated sorting, inversion, and cleaning capabilities at speeds of up to 120 bottles per minute.
