The PPS VitaGummy™ is a flexible gummy counting solution designed for accurate counting of small to medium production runs. Engineered specifically for challenging gummy applications, it reliably handles sandy gummies, oily gummies, sugar-coated gummies, CBD gummies, powdered gummies, and other sticky or irregular-shaped products.
Designed as an affordable alternative for lower-speed production lines, the VitaGummy™ delivers accurate counting performance, fast changeovers, and a strong return on investment compared with higher-speed pharmaceutical counting systems. The system can be configured for automatic bottle filling or customized for dispensing smaller quantities into pouches and canisters.
