Overview

This machine is designed to package a broad range of products: solid, powdery, granular, liquid, and pasty, and is employed in a variety of sectors that used single-dose packing.

The machine uses a single roll of heat-sealing film, which is pre-cut in the number of packaging lines.

A tubular sleeve is created out of each strip, and then sealed lengthwise; the horizontal sealing unit forms the stick.

  • The OMAG DIVA machine is a vertical stick packaging machine that operates on 5 lanes especially designed for the automatic packing of free-flowing sugar-like products into stick packs. In fact, the DIVA model was developed specifically for sugar. Manufactured in batches due to the high sales volumes, the OMAG DIVA is often available from our factory with only final testing required before shipment.
  • These machines can cycle up to 50 cycles per minute (250 stick packs per minute when running 5 lanes), and features adjustable stick pack size capability from 60-135 mm (2-5+ inches) in length making this machine one of the most versatile and fastest stick pack machines on market. The stick width is pre-set at 17mm and is not adjustable.
  • The DIVA can form stick packs from quite a wide range of materials, including laminates and paper. Most Diva applications do not require printers; however, printers can be added if needed. The standard OMAG stick pack machines can further manage special opening features, like shaped seals and tear notches for easy opening.
  • Infeed to the OMAG hopper can be by outfeed from the DIVA, can also be into a crate placed on the floor, or into a case, which is automatically indexed into position. The DIVA will count the stick packs and ensure each case is full.

Tumatic Tablet/Capsule Counter

Accurately counts coated and uncoated tablets and capsules. Tablets up to a diameter of 1/2″ and capsules up to 3/4″ long can be counted using a range of 5 interchangeable perforated plates. Perspex construction aids visual checking and easy cleaning. Full withdrawal dispenses 50 to 100 tablets.
