  • Plastic: diameter, 10-60; length 50-240.
  • Machine for Mascara filling, wiper placement and brush capping; cosmetic tube filling and sealing machine.
  • Several boxes of cylindrical containers can be loaded at a time.
  • Inclined washboard style feeder for round cylindrical unstable containers. Step by step action is very gentle on the finish of the containers. Movement is without agitation.
  • Fill volume adjustment is via the touch screen controls (HMI) of the machine. Alternate size pistons available.
  • Diving nozzle for correct filling from bottom of the container.
  • Brushes and pumps can be loaded to the linear vibrator by hand, or it can be connected to an automatic feeder.
  • Optional automatic cap brush feeder.
  • Purchased as a stand-alone machine or part of a complete line which includes sorting, filling, cartoning, and pleat wrapping of individual products as well as trays.
  • Quick and tool-less changeover.
