Overview

The C3 is a continuous motion sachet packaging machine that packs heat-sealed sachets on four sides using auger dosing or volumetric dosing. The C3 model is designed for packaging a broad range of products including solid, powdery, granular, liquid, and pasty, and is employed in a variety of sectors This machine model is produced in versions with 1 to 15 lanes, working with rolls of up to 1200mm. Special versions can be supplied on specific request.

Benefits

The C3 can be equipped with an auger dosing system, volumetric dosing system or liquid/pasty dosing system. The machine’s flexible design allows you to install two dosing systems to be used alternately. The feeding systems is specially designed to offer a more accurate product feed resulting in a consistent fill level.

  • Up to 50 cycles per minute (100 sachets per minute when running 2 lanes) but can be from 1 up to 15 lanes.
  • Adjustable sachet size capacity from 2 to 5+ inches (50-130mm) wide and 2-8.5 inches (50-220mm) long.

Rotary Capping Machine

Rotary chuck type cappers virtually eliminate missing caps and cross-threaded caps. Improve and maintain cap application torque throughout production without adjustments. PallayPack cappers are compact and require less change parts since one set can be used for a range of bottles and caps.

Changeover is fast and when finished requires no further adjustment to dial in the torque. Rotary cappers are recommended when production speed is over 60 bottles per minute and for longer production runs.
