Overview

The ROTA Ampoule Filler, including the R941, R960, R980, and R921 models, is an advanced machine designed for the sterile filling and closing of ampoules in pharmaceutical settings. These machines, featuring Monoblock construction with indexing starwheels, handle filling, sealing, and stoppering stations efficiently. A comprehensive list of optional features and accessories allows the machine to meet the individual requirements of each customer and application. We also have dual function machines that can also fill and close vials as well as ampoules, providing you with the greatest flexibility.

Bottle / Vial / Syringe / Test Tube Washer

Quick, efficient & thorough, our tube washers can handle up to 15 containers per minute. The Adelphi Bottle Washer is designed for rinsing the interior of bottles with neck diameters between 9.5 mm and 100 mm. With the addition of optional nozzles, it can be used equally as effectively as a vial washer, syringe washer, or test tube washer.

Particle Inspection for Injectables and Infusions

Particle inspection in finished products (vials, syringes, bottles) with polarized light (LED) and a 1.7 x magnification for easy detection of particles. Hygienic construction, stainless steel, with adjustable height and angle to reduce operator fatigue.
