The ROTA Ampoule Filler, including the R941, R960, R980, and R921 models, is an advanced machine designed for the sterile filling and closing of ampoules in pharmaceutical settings. These machines, featuring Monoblock construction with indexing starwheels, handle filling, sealing, and stoppering stations efficiently. A range of stainless steel containers, manufactured from 304 grade, and have an optional stainless steel lid for every size. They have crevice and pit-free interiors and are polished throughout. A range of optional modifications is available. 150ml – 6L containers are available as standard. The exceptional average surface finish of 0.4 micrometers Ra can be cleaned with alcohol-based disinfectants and in industrial dishwashers/autoclaves.

Durable, easy to sterilize, and re-useable, we offer a range of stainless steel water-jacketed vessels, available in 316 stainless steel with a 304 stainless steel 1/4 bar low-pressure water jacket. Our vessels are compatible for non-pressurized water supplies with hot or cold water for heating or cooling. These containers are supplied with a 1/4″ BSP water inlet at the bottom of the jacket and a 1/2″ BSP outlet at the top. They have crevice and pit-free interiors and are polished throughout.
