The exceptional average surface finish of 0.4 micrometers Ra leaves nowhere for bacteria to be stored and allows the most possible cleaning in the cleaning processes. 20 – 240L containers are available as standard (other sizes available upon request), and vessels can be supplied either plain or graduated (graduations are from 5L to 20L, in 5L intervals). Stainless steel can be cleaned with alcohol-based disinfectants and in industrial dishwashers/autoclaves. Optional Material Grade, Surface Finish & TSE certification is available upon request.
Lids, airtight toggle clamps and seals, and mobile frames for decanting, are available for all sizes of containers, along with a range of other optional modifications to meet every requirement.

The PPS VitaCount is an affordable and automated solution designed for tablets, soft gels, caplets, capsules, and pills. This counter combines our proven product feed technology with electronic controls and infrared count heads as used on our larger counters. The VitaCount has been optimized for applications where large products make up the vast majority of the production.
The Lifting Leaf Tablet/Capsule Counter enables quick and accurate counting of both coated and uncoated tablets and capsules. The counter has hygienic, durable stainless steel, anodized aluminum, and polycarbonate construction, and dispenses up to 100 tablets or capsules at a time, dependent on size.
The filling needle is moved automatically until all vials in the tray are filled. Our automatic tray filler is easy to program for different tray configurations, the diving needle eliminates splashes on the outside of the containers, and the whole system is simple to set up. It is also designed to work with our peristaltic pump.
