OMAG CO Horizontal Pouch Packaging

Also known as bag and sachet makers, these high-performance machines are designed to make, fill, and seal a various selection of pouches in one automatic process. The OMAG CO uses intermittent motion to package solid, powdery, granular, liquid, and pasty products in heat-sealed bags on 3 sides or on 4 sides, including in doy-packs and stand-up versions. These machines can also be built to include multiple dosing stations to increase production or customization with options to apply spouts and tear notches to the bags or sachets.

Particle Inspection for Injectables and Infusions

Particle inspection in finished products (vials, syringes, bottles) with polarized light (LED) and a 1.7 x magnification for easy detection of particles. Hygienic construction, stainless steel, with adjustable height and angle to reduce operator fatigue.

Super GummyCount™

Our Gummy Counters are constructed to handle gummies with variations in shape and size while still delivering the smoothness associated with bulk auto loading and continuous flow. The GummyCount™ can be easily scaled up or down to accommodate changes in product demand. Speed options for our gummy manufacturing equipment range from 50 bottles per minute on a 50-count of medium-sized gummies to 100 bottles per minute filling 6 bottles at a time.
