The PharmaCount 2-2 is the latest evolution in low volume electronic tablet counting. Available in semi-automatic and automatic configurations, this electronic counting system is counts and fills pills into bottles with reliability and high accuracy at speeds of up to 2,500 tablets per minute. Designed with the industry in mind, this automatic pill counter virtually eliminates problems with miscounts and jamming due to its state-of-the-art vision system.
The PPS bottle unscrambler is not a typical belt and hook type unscrambler. Instead this ultra reliable unscrambler is extremely compact yet is capable of high speeds. The M1000 model (or M1200 for larger bottles or faster speeds) is the perfect companion to our PPS counters; the unscrambler will operate up to 125 bottles per minute on 200ml round containers and can be equipped with ionized air bottle inverting cleaner. Also available are models with a built-in cleaner.

Rotary chuck type cappers virtually eliminate missing caps and cross-threaded caps. Improve and maintain cap application torque throughout production without adjustments. PallayPack cappers are compact and require less change parts since one set can be used for a range of bottles and caps.
Changeover is fast and when finished requires no further adjustment to dial in the torque. Rotary cappers are recommended when production speed is over 60 bottles per minute and for longer production runs.
