The Adelphi Bottle Washer is designed for rinsing the interior of bottles with neck diameters between 9.5 mm and 100 mm. The filling needle is moved automatically until all vials in the tray are filled. Our automatic tray filler is easy to program for different tray configurations, the diving needle eliminates splashes on the outside of the containers, and the whole system is simple to set up. This high-speed, multi-track counter can accurately handle all pill types including translucent and opaque products. Designed for ultimate product control, you can change recipes on the fly and easily teach the machine to learn to count a variety of differently sized products. Our 12-track counter is actually a dual 6. This is the same as having two 6-track counters respectively. The advantage of this design is that each set of 6 tracks can fill an individual bottle, resulting in significantly faster output speeds. Counters are available in various configurations including 12-track, 18-track, 24-track, and 36-track. All counters offer toolless changeover for efficiency and ease.
