The PrecisionCount is a high-speed, electronic counter designed to count industrial products such as soap pouches. This counting line features the same proven electronic count eyes as found on all of our counters. Upon alignment into singular files, the product undergoes precise counting with strategically placed gates halting the process once the designated count is reached. This pause endures until the containers, ready to receive the products, are accurately indexed. Notably, each of the two counters boasts 12 count eyes, each equipped with 12 emitters and receivers, scanning at an impressive rate of 34,000 times per second.
Fashioned from stainless steel, the main cabinet incorporates a sizable access panel, facilitating effortless entry to the electrical panels and pneumatic controls.
The counter has a unique feeding system designed to separate hard-to-feed products, particularly large products, which may stack and are hard to get into single file. Our special trays feature an area where only one product can pass at a time. Others fall off and are recirculated back to the hopper.
The Precisioncount controls feature the latest electronic control system with a color touch screen user interface. The control system’s menu-driven screens guide the operator through the setup of new products and allow rapid recall of previously saved settings. The standard system has 3 security levels with individual rights of access for operators, supervisors, and engineers.
The system offers maximum versatility as the product feed system requires minimal change parts and is capable of packaging most product forms.

A range of stainless steel cans with lids, available in either 304 or 316L grade stainless steel. They come complete with stainless steel lids and swing handles, have crevice and pit-free interiors, and are polished throughout. A range of optional modifications is available.

Available in 304 or 316L pharmaceutical grade stainless steel. 0.1 – 2L containers available as standard. Exceptional average surface finish of 0.4 micrometers Ra.
