Precision Count Industrial Counter

The PrecisionCount is a high-speed, electronic counter designed to count industrial products such as soap pouches. This counting line features the same proven electronic count eyes as found on all of our counters. Upon alignment into singular files, the product undergoes precise counting with strategically placed gates halting the process once the designated count is reached. This pause endures until the containers, ready to receive the products, are accurately indexed. Notably, each of the two counters boasts 12 count eyes, each equipped with 12 emitters and receivers, scanning at an impressive rate of 34,000 times per second.

Fashioned from stainless steel, the main cabinet incorporates a sizable access panel, facilitating effortless entry to the electrical panels and pneumatic controls.

Stainless Steel Containers with Lids

A range of stainless steel containers, manufactured from 304 grade, and have an optional stainless steel lid for every size. They have crevice and pit-free interiors and are polished throughout. A range of optional modifications is available. 150ml – 6L containers are available as standard. The exceptional average surface finish of 0.4 micrometers Ra can be cleaned with alcohol-based disinfectants and in industrial dishwashers/autoclaves.

Lifting Leaf Tablet/Capsule Counter

The Lifting Leaf Tablet/Capsule Counter enables quick and accurate counting of both coated and uncoated tablets and capsules. The counter has hygienic, durable stainless steel, anodized aluminum, and polycarbonate construction, and dispenses up to 100 tablets or capsules at a time, dependent on size.
