Hygienic-Stainless-Steel-Water-Jacketed-Vessels

Durable, easy to sterilize, and re-useable, we offer a range of stainless steel water-jacketed vessels, available in 316 stainless steel with a 304 stainless steel 1/4 bar low-pressure water jacket. Our vessels are compatible for non-pressurized water supplies with hot or cold water for heating or cooling. These containers are supplied with a 1/4″ BSP water inlet at the bottom of the jacket and a 1/2″ BSP outlet at the top. They have crevice and pit-free interiors and are polished throughout. ROTA’s vial and ampoule washers offer advanced cleaning solutions for biotech and pharmaceutical applications, emphasizing quality and affordability. These machines can function as standalone units or as part of a complete processing line. The washers, available in various models from laboratory to high-speed continuous motion, feature seven washing cycles. Each cycle can be customized for air wash, rinse, or solution rinse, effectively managing recycled and virgin solutions. Each Rotary Washer model number refers to the theoretical output in units per minute, RW50, RW100, RW180, RW240, RW300, and RW400.

Rotary chuck type cappers virtually eliminate missing caps and cross-threaded caps. Improve and maintain cap application torque throughout production without adjustments. PallayPack cappers are compact and require less change parts since one set can be used for a range of bottles and caps.

Changeover is fast and when finished requires no further adjustment to dial in the torque. Rotary cappers are recommended when production speed is over 60 bottles per minute and for longer production runs.
