  • We can recommend and source equipment, or we can integrate equipment supplied by the end user.
  • Turntables are available in a range of sizes and both as an auto feed and outfeed. Surge tables and opposing flow conveyors are also available.
  • North American product contact parts are manufactured of FDA approved materials.
  • Desiccant inserters are available for cannisters or pouches.

A few easy to set up parameters and the counter will scan product at 34,000 scans per second, establishing a profile (light time and dark time) which will not count small chips, can identify doubles, and when properly set counts with 100% accuracy.
  • Tool-less change parts allow for very quick change-over between production runs.
  • The bulk feeder option is recommended for applications with larger products including large soft-gel, size 0 and 00 capsules, and large caplets or to maximize the output of the counter.
  • The system offers maximum versatility as product feed system requires no change parts and is capable of packaging most tablet and capsule forms.
  • Easily installable induction sealers available in both manual-operation and fully automated.
  • The MiniLine can be equipped with a number of labeling options such as a prism system variety that can be used to dispense two (or more) labels onto the same container with an adjustable time interval in between label dispenses.
