Features

  • Options for fully automatic gummy counters and semi-automatic gummy counting.
  • Configured to make available an affordable high-quality counter which could count accurately, with good speeds, but still provide a reasonable ROI (Return on Investment) on smaller slower speed lines when compared to our Pharma Grade SuperCount series counters.
  • High performance electronic count system with a user-friendly interface consisting of a 10” color touch screen control panel with password access control, recipe management system, alarm register and batch control.
  • We provide a specially modified rear vibratory pan onto which the gummies are hand loaded up to a maximum of 2-3 gummies deep.
  • Tablets are fed to the count-head by 12 linear vibratory product feed tracks. When a count of only a few gummies is required, the gummy feed pan is adjusted so that the gummies can only exit down on or two tracks (and not all twelve) making the feed rate much more precise.
  • Product contact parts are few and are quickly removed without tools for fast changeovers. Rigidized trays are included for running gummies and other products that may have sticky characteristics.
  • No Tools required for strip down.
  • Rear vibrator pan suitable for loading gummies, with dimpled surfaces.
  • Sugar, dust, and particle catch pans are available.
  • Enables optimum control of product level and flow to counting and processing equipment.
  • Minimal contact parts simplify and speed changeover.
