The PharmaCount 2-2 is a compact electronic counting system designed for laboratory, R&D, and short production runs. Available in both semi-automatic and fully automatic configurations, it accurately counts and fills tablets, soft gels, caplets, capsules, and other solid-dose products at speeds of up to 2,500 tablets per minute.
Featuring an advanced vision-based counting system, the PharmaCount 2-2 virtually eliminates miscounts and product jams while delivering reliable performance across a wide range of product sizes. Its flexible product feed system requires no change parts, making it ideal for facilities that frequently handle multiple products and smaller batch sizes.
The VeriCount Check Counter is an advanced electronic counting and verification system designed for accurate tablet and capsule counting in production-scale packaging lines. Using dual ultra-high-speed infrared sensors and onboard microprocessor technology, the VeriCount provides reliable double verification of each batch with exceptional accuracy.
The VeriCount Batch upgrade adds pre-set batch counting capability, allowing operators to count precise quantities from 1 to 9,999 tablets or capsules. The upgrade includes a tablet gating assembly positioned between the count head and bottle chute, which automatically closes when the target count is reached and signals the feeder to stop.
Once the filled container is replaced, the operator can restart the cycle and continue production. This compact and versatile solution expands the VeriCount’s capabilities for applications such as sachet filling, automated pharmacy systems, and other controlled dispensing processes.
The VeriCount Batch Check-Weighing upgrade adds integrated weight verification to ensure every filled container meets the required count and product weight specifications. Using a high-resolution load cell connected to the counter control system, the system automatically tares the empty container, weighs the filled container, and confirms the measured weight matches the expected value based on the product count and dose.
Containers outside the defined tolerance range are identified using a clear red/green indicator, allowing operators to quickly detect and reject non-conforming bottles. This provides an additional level of quality assurance for accurate filling and production control.
