The Standard PharmaLift is designed for reliable, efficient product feeding for 12- and 18-track electronic pill counters. Operating at up to 4.5 lift cycles per minute, it provides a consistent supply of tablets and capsules to the filler hopper.
During each lift cycle, product feeding pauses while the bucket travels upward and returns to its loading position before the next cycle begins. This proven design delivers dependable performance for medium-speed counting applications.
The High-Speed PharmaLift is engineered for higher production rates and is recommended for 24- and 36-track electronic pill counters.
An integrated intermediate bucket allows continuous product feeding while the main lift bucket is traveling and discharging. As soon as the lift bucket returns to its loading position, the accumulated product is rapidly transferred from the intermediate bucket, enabling the next lift cycle to begin immediately.
This continuous-feed design achieves up to 6 lift cycles per minute, providing the throughput required for high-capacity counting operations.
The Tote-Fed PharmaLift is specifically configured to feed tablets and capsules directly from pharmaceutical totes. Designed for single-hopper applications, this model includes the intermediate bucket system as standard, enabling up to 6 lift cycles per minute for maximum productivity.
