omagCO

Also known as bag and sachet makers, these high-performance machines are designed to make, fill, and seal a various selection of pouches in one automatic process. The OMAG CO uses intermittent motion to package solid, powdery, granular, liquid, and pasty products in heat-sealed bags on 3 sides or on 4 sides, including in doy-packs and stand-up versions. These machines can also be built to include multiple dosing stations to increase production or customization with options to apply spouts and tear notches to the bags or sachets.

Tube-filling

Achieve complete turnkey filling lines from one source: our lines include tube fillers, cartoners, overwrappers, and case packers. We specialize in handling thick products like hair dye, mascara, and toothpaste; and we offer specialized lines for packaging hair dye kits or mascara. TGM Automatic Tube Filling Machines are designed and engineered to produce outstanding quality and precision tube filling. The ROTA Ampoule Filler, including the R941, R960, R980, and R921 models, is an advanced machine designed for the sterile filling and closing of ampoules in pharmaceutical settings. These machines, featuring Monoblock construction with indexing starwheels, handle filling, sealing, and stoppering stations efficiently. A comprehensive list of optional features and accessories allows the machine to meet the individual requirements of each customer and application. ROTA’s vial and ampoule washers offer advanced cleaning solutions for biotech and pharmaceutical applications, emphasizing quality and affordability. These machines can function as standalone units or as part of a complete processing line. The washers, available in various models from laboratory to high-speed continuous motion, feature seven washing cycles. Each cycle can be customized for air wash, rinse, or solution rinse, effectively managing recycled and virgin solutions. Each Rotary Washer model number refers to the theoretical output in units per minute, RW50, RW100, RW180, RW240, RW300, and RW400.
