The PPS SuperCount 240 is a high-speed tablet counter offering proven product feed technology with the latest in electronic controls and infrared count heads for extreme accuracy. These high-speed, multi-track counters can accurately handle all pill types as well as translucent and opaque products. Designed for ultimate product control, you can change recipes on the fly and easily teach the machine to learn to count a variety of differently sized products. Counters are available in various configurations including 12-track, 18-track, 24-track, and 36-track. All counters offer toolless changeover for efficiency and ease.

VitaCount 60

The PPS VitaCount is an affordable and automated solution designed for tablets, soft gels, caplets, capsules, and pills. This counter combines our proven product feed technology with electronic controls and infrared count heads as used on our larger counters. The VitaCount has been optimized for applications where large products make up the vast majority of the production.

Precision Count Industrial Counter

The PrecisionCount is a high-speed, electronic counter designed to count industrial products such as soap pouches. This counting line features the same proven electronic count eyes as found on all of our counters. Upon alignment into singular files, the product undergoes precise counting with strategically placed gates halting the process once the designated count is reached. This pause endures until the containers, ready to receive the products, are accurately indexed. Notably, each of the two counters boasts 12 count eyes, each equipped with 12 emitters and receivers, scanning at an impressive rate of 34,000 times per second.

Fashioned from stainless steel, the main cabinet incorporates a sizable access panel, facilitating effortless entry to the electrical panels and pneumatic controls.

Benchtop Piston Filler
